Membership Renewal
The renewal system is now available. A dues increase for 2025 was approved and new dues are as follows:
- General $240.00 without a work credit
- General $120.00 with a work credit
- Spousal $120.00 (50% of the base General member)
- Vested $60.00 (25% of the base General member)
Each General, Spousal, and Vested member should received an email from the club with instructions on how to renew, check your 'Spam' folder! Also, make sure you have our email address in your 'Safe' list. The dates to renew changed last year. As a reminder the last day to renew without a penalty is December 31st, then for the month of January you can renew but you will need to pay the $100.00 processing fee. Then on February 1st, if you haven't renewed you will be dropped from the roster.
Members wishing to renew should do it online now, the Instructions can be downloaded here, or the link to the left.
A summary of the steps are outlined below, but please look at the file above for more complete instructions.
- Below you will need to give us your FULL membership number, including the ‘dash’, it can be found under your name on your membership card, remember there are no 'o's in the number those are zeros. You will also need the six digit PIN that was email to you, and note - there may be a leading zero.
- Also if you are a ‘General’ member, you will need to indicate if you have a work credit.
- If you do, you need to describe what work you preformed.
- Note, it will be verified! And, it must benefit Beaverbrook -- not some outside organization! i.e. a HS Trap Coach benefits the HS not Beaverbrook so no work credit.
- Click on the ‘Renewal Form’ button.
- The form will be pre-populated with the information we have on file for you. Please verify the information and correct anything that is wrong or changed. After you have made any corrections, or if everything looks good -- Click ‘Continue’
- On the next page you can check your information. Also, here you can choose to pay by check or credit card.
- If you are paying by check you will need to mail your check to the PO Box and have it postmarked before January 1st.
- If you are paying by credit card you would click the ’Pay by Credit Card’ button and you will be redirected to a secure site to process the payment. Note: You need to fill in the "Customer ID" with your Beaverbrook Membership Number.
( You must fill in all required fields. ) Once you click the "Pay Now" button remember to then click "Continue" at the top of the receipt page to submit your renewal to us.
- At the end you should see the ‘Success’ announcement, if you didn't see ‘Success’ something went wrong.
